નિયામક મંડળ

કોર્પોરેશન કુલ ૯ સભ્યોનું બનેલું છે. જેમાં ૬ ડીરેકટરશ્રીઓ બીન સરકારી તથા ૩ ડીરેકટરોશ્રી સરકારી હોય છે. ૬ બીન સરકારી ડીરેકટરમાં ૧ અધ્યક્ષશ્રી, ૧ ઉપધ્યક્ષશ્રી અને બાકીના ૪ ડીરેકટરર્સ હોય છે. અને ૩ સરકારી સભ્યમાં ૧ કાર્યપાલક નિયામક, ૧, નાયબ સભિવ(આદજાતિ) અને ૧ નાણાંકીય સલાહકારનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. જેની નિમણુંક રાજય સરકારશ્રી તરફથી કરવામાં આવે છે.
